We handle the four major credit card transactions through CyberCash and all Customer Service. You receive a quarterly check in the mail for the business generated through your links.

Applications that are not accepted, are welcome to re-apply to the Program at any time.

A: There are no costs involved to become a member of the Affiliate Program.

- Q: What are my responsibilities?
|
A: As a member of the Affiliate Program you are responsible for promoting a proper link to the SmartText Corporation‘s web site. We also ask you to participate in all SmartText Corporation‘s promotions, where feasible.

- Q: What are Smart Agreements‘ responsibilities?
|
A: We will provide you with a link URL as well as graphics, logos and other promotional material to help you drive sales. We will also take care of the entire order process, and customer service of all orders that your customers place.

| Getting Started |

A: Click on the link " Sign-up & Agreement". You will find (1) the Affiliate Program Agreement that governs our relationship and (2) the on-line Application that you will complete and submit. You will then receive confirmation of your acceptance and instructions for placing your unique URL link identifier on your site and the link to use to review you quarter-to-date sales activity. Later you will receive an email introducing your Account Representative and instructions on obtaining graphics, etc.

- Q: How does the Affiliate Program Work?

A: Once you have set up a link to go to SmartText Corporation‘s web site, we will begin tracking all visitors orders that come from your site. Then at the end of the quarter, we will send your commission payment based on all the orders net of returns placed using your unique identifier.

- Q: How is Customer Service handled?
|
A: Once accepted into the AP, the name and contact information of your Account Representative will be emailed to you. This person can help you with any maintenance and set-up questions you might have, as well as with any ideas or strategic plans for special promotions.

A: Once you are accepted into the Affiliate Program, we will send you a unique URL that you use to link/promote our site. There are logos, buttons, and banners on our site that you can use to link to our site.

- Q: How do I access activity reports?
|
A:We will provide you with a unique access URL that will allow you to review quarter-to-date sales activity and pending commissions earned.

- Q: Where can I obtain SmartText Corporation‘s and related products art work and banners?
|
A: Logos and button links are available on the SmartText Corporation‘s Affiliate Program Extranet under the heading "Images". Information on how to access the AP Extranet will be emailed to you after you have been accepted into the Affiliate Program.

| Getting Paid |

- Q: How much commission will I get paid?
|
A: Our commission structure is based on quarterly revenues generated through sales. Your commission will be 10% of Sales net returns.

- Q: How and when do I get paid?
|
A: We pay you every quarter after our quarterly close, which is 20 days after the end of the following months: March, June, September, December. At that time, a check will be sent to the address that you specified as the billing contact on your online application form.
